Title: 225`s on a 7x17 alloy ?

Afternoon all ,

Hoping to pick your brain on tyre sizes for 7x17 alloys
Will changing tyre from 215 to 225 wide make much affect on the vehicle ?
Are 225 suitable for 7 wide ?

Yes 225 fits fine on 17x7 rims, they are the standard tyre width for Golf GTI's in 17/18 inch sizes so I would say it would actually suit the car more better dynamics wise than a 215 tyre.
