Title: Air con not working

My air con is not working I have just had it re gassed. The fans don't turn on but the engine note changes when turning the air con on and off. I have checked the fuses and they are fine.

I don't want to waste my money and just replace parts so any one know how I can check the pressure switch and compressor

If compressor doesn’t make a noise on start up it’s likely to be that but it’s all so likely to be a leak in aircon rad
I suspect a multi meter is needed to check other things but I am no mechanic
I needed all mine replaced which I did aircon works fine now
