Hi guys
I've recently purchased a MK5 GTI and have just discovered that I don't have the locking nut. I've been looking online and cant seem to find a 12 spline nut to order. I'd appreciate any help you guys can offer. I've attached a pic of the nut.

There are only about 12 options vw dealers used to hold a full set so you could find out which one fitted then order that adapter
But a cheaper and better option maybe to get those removed most garages have the tool and reorder a better set as the splined nuts are not great

Have a look on eBay I’ve lost one before and got a replacement on eBay easy enough.

Locking nuts are a waste of time. It takes 30 sec to remove from each wheel without the key! Shocking!

That set will do it or you can get other “universal” type sockets that wind on anti-clockwise that will work or if you take your v5 to Vw they should sell you a key to fit.

Thank you for all the replies. I've managed to get a hold of one.
