Title: Rear springs replacement

Hey
My rear springs have rusted and I am looking to replace them. Was wondering if there was anything that was worth doing while I am under there. Also if anyone knows of a video guide as i would prefer that to the written one i am following.

Not really, just have a general check of the other components in the area while the wheels are off.

The springs are a 5 min job  :smiley:

I would only change them if if the pig tails have snapped off.  Jack the back up and feel around in the control arm where the spring sits.  If there's a snapped off piece of spring in there, change them out, otherwise save yourself the bother.

The rear springs are very easy to change and not a hard job at all. Just remember to support the control arm when removing the bolt from the hub. There is also a how to video here:
