Title: Info Only - Leeds VW Cam Belt offer £285 inc

Hi All

Don't know if anyone trusts Leeds VW, mixed reports, etc.

After 20 mins on hold confirmed £285 inclusive of VAT for a Cambelt Tensioners change + £60 + 1/2 Hrs Labour for the water pump.

May help someone with price matching.

JCT600 will do an oil/filter service & MOT for £99 just checked that they do use the correct oil castrol and can do long life for this cost!!!

I won't go back to Leeds VW after they curbed my new wheels and denied it was them. The service manager had a sh*tty attitude. This was after they lied to me about reading my log book and doing the wrong service on my car. Muppets

With regards to the cambelt, that is a very low price, almost £200 off retail. VW must use genuine parts, so there is not problem there. With regards to the oil and filter change, id make sure castrol slx longlife 3 is being used.

Perhaps dont go to leeds but you can use that as a bargaining chip with your own dealer  :happy2:
