Title: Making a GTI back bumper fit the R32 exhaust please help

just wanted to no if any1 has custom made a gti back bumper to fit a r32 exhaust i know iv seen it done on a forum but not sure witch one it is.
i know it involes plastic welding the bumpers if some 1 could help me id be very happy

im wanting to get it ready for summer for when my ban comes off. (july) so iv have plenty of time to practice my welding  :smiley:
