Title: Specialists near Southampton?? Loss of power
Post by: Heb1802 on November 10, 2019, 06:26:56 pm
Hello, after a fair bit of driving this weekend my 2007 GTI is Down on power just feels very flat and lacking boost. I’ve pulled the PCV off and done the blow test, can’t blow any air through at all so the one way valve seems fine! Has the latest revision G Diverter valve installed within the last 2 months. Any other known things I can have a quick look at that could be the problem?

Anyone know of any decent VW specialists around Southampton that can look into this for me if I can’t solve myself?

Thanks

Had them all off today cleaned up and refitted nothing seemed out of place. Do the intercooler pipes have rubber seals or anything on them can’t remember seeing anything like that will have to double check tomorrow.

There should be a green o-ring type seal on the metal ends.
