Title: Xenon beams wrong pattern mot failure

Hi guys
Currently got an mot issue to sort. The offside factory xenon lamp has failed on the pattern of beam it’s not a flat line like the other side it’s more of an oval blob.
I have tried the following, outside lens polished clean, inside projector lens cleaned with cotton buds, new genuine osram xenon bulb, new igniter genuine, new bulb retaining clip genuine. Have tried the adjustments white screws this just changed the angle and direction not the pattern. Any ideas?

Just swapped the bulbs and igniters round and still doing the same on the offside so must be either the lamp housing or ballast??
