Dunno about partnumber but if it helps, have a look on thr powerbulbs website and it'll tell you the typenof bulb it is which should help.

IIRC its a H11 bulb and they are usually 55Watt
Just make sure it is a MY06 Car as from MY07 i think they changed to HB4 9006 (L Shaped Bulb) but not 100%
Thats for front fogs
Rear are P21W and are 21 watts :laugh:

the reason for asking is i have just bought these and need to figure out what resistor i need to avoid the bulb alarm from setting of :happy2:

That pic shows the Bulb as a HB4 9006. But that was from MY2007 onwards
Danish you need to check what MY your car is as if it's a MY06, as i said in my previous post, then the bulb is a H11 :happy2:

is the bulb specific to ellipsoid or parabolic foglights??

Well I have a July 05 MK5 GTi, which is a 2006 spec model - I believe one of the first to arrive to the shores of the UK. I replaced my fogs today and they are 9006/HB4; just thought that might help someone.
