Title: Rear wiper and front and rear washer jets not working!? replaced fuses and relay

Basically rear wiper and front and rear washers not working. Replaced fuses and replaced the relay. No help. As far as I have managed to work out there is no power getting to fuses. Is there a module or anything that controls that stuff that could have failed?

obviously massive pain the bum.
