My revs are hanging around 1500rpm for about 5 seconds. When coming to a stop and when just revving
Fault codes are leak in air intake system p2279 and idle control system higher than expected p0507
Also I have a ramair airfilter fitted
Any ideas guys ? Thanks.

I had this issue when I put my oversized ram air induction on, make sure your clamps are real tight on the connections, i impact wrenched mine to make sure and I never seen it again... although mkvs do rev hang a bit anyway from factory, something to do with emissions i believe.
Someone will correct me if I'm wrong

Yes, I think one of your jubilee clips isn't tight enough or it could be a faulty PCV

Correct :happy2: Most DBW engines do that. It delays throttle closure slightly to burn off any residual fuel in the cylinders. It seems to be misunderstood as ‘throttle lag’ on a lot of forums but DBW can go from 0 - 100% way quicker than a mechanical throttle
