Title: ITG intake
Post by: wizzo on March 11, 2010, 10:10:23 pm
hey guys i wanted to get my self the ITG intake.. they told me it would not work on a left hand drive because the break resevour piston will be in the way.. they told me they have another intake which is the ITG arb intake and has seen much better gains than the usual maxogen.. but i would have to relocate my battery for that.. can anyone clarify?

It uses a bigger filter housed in a C/F box (was designed for the TT-S which already has the battery relocated).   :happy2:

If you were to relocate your brake fluid reservoir you would be able to move the Maxogen  :happy2:

were would i relocate it to? would it be hard to relocate it? and would it take alot of modification?

also on a k03 gti would the tts arb intake be better or should i just stick with fitting the maxogen intake with modification.. maybe if i relocate the battery to the trunk i could move the brake fluid resevoir to the battery's stock position and the maxogen would fit :)
