If you don't get one phone Keith at JKM and he'll give you an unbiased low down that you might find interesting.

Yes that;s about the size of it.
I had an early AT pump which was 100% and still is as far as I am aware however AT and KMD revised their design.
-
Might have to get one of these installed now
Want it a little lower first though
-
Well for less than £400 (including revised map) its a no brainer really.. Just need to watch the MPG, well my mate does....

Can you PM me with details Stu.. You have me concerned now, as I read somewhere before about your findings but can't remember exactly what they were.. :ashamed:
There seems to be a great deal a people getting them at the min too.. APR's one, although only a few hundred sheets more, is a bit to much at the min..
-
I thought JKM transferred to APR pumps due to the labour intensiveness of checking the quality of the Autotech pumps?
I didn't know that they have now changed the design. I'd like to know when they revised the design and how - PM me please VRStu :happy2:
-
I don't think it was the labour side of things per se other than the number of faulty or unsuitable pumps outweighed the number of ok ones. The identifying of this then becomes the costly process of labour and returns to the US etc.
IIRC the design changed around about the time of GTi Inters last year, maybe a bit before but don't quote me on that. Like I said Keith has a huge amount of knowledge in this area and I'm sure he is best placed to advise.

How much is the APR one?
-
bout 500 quid exchange
-
Not too bad then!
-
....
Here's a link to what JKM's thoughts are on the subject : -

The new AWE fuel pump upgrade kit looks well thought out but it's a pity no one in the UK stocks it.

I paid £733.20 then as VAT was 17.5% at the time.

....That looks impressive and certainly very well thought out. Doesn't anyone in the UK distribute AWE products?
-
Nice instalation video too..

I've believe that Autotech are going to be at the Autosport show - in what capacity though I don't know.
Wonder if they'll have any gear with them??

What's wrong with regal?

....I just don't get on with them - Not my kind of people. My experiences with them doesn't mean that someone else's will be the same, in fact plenty people find them okay. I'm saying no more.

Some also say their customer service is not the best...
