Hi all

Looking at purchasing a MK5 GTI, currently own a 06 Civic Diesel but wanting to go back to petrol soon  :happy2:

Will be searching the forum for info on a remap, uprated panel filter and miltek cat back exhaust resonated system. Ideally may purchase a car with these on but dont mind budgeting for this.

Come from a long list of performance cars, was debating the newer R32 or the GTI but think ill get more for my money (up to 13k) if i go GTI way and i found my older shape one quite heavy although loved the noise.

welcome jim, nice list of motors  :happy2:

good luck with the search. cant go wrong with the MK5, for 13k you should be able to find a nice one couple of years old and have some change for bits, make sure you dont get too sucked in to modding though as is a dangerous disease that most of us round here have contracted!
