Title: Quacking noise on start up. Help!

Hi I've got my GTI which I bought 3months ago. Had the cambelt and water pump change ed as soon as I bought it. I've changed the rocker cover gasket this week but now has a quacking noise coming from the engine on cold start up and goes away when warm. I have the link to the video below.
Any ideas?

PCV? not been using duck oil[sorry couldnt resist]

Brand new PCV installed. Revision R. I was pulling and tugging in the turbo breather pipe to attach at the rear of the rocker cover. Could air be leaking out of there?
