Title: Thinking about lowering, advice needed!!!
Post by: jaffa666 on March 24, 2010, 07:48:26 pm
Hey guys, think my 1st mod will be lowering the car, not rediculously low just something that makes it look that little bit more sporty. was thinkin along the lines of eibachs, or if any1 can advise me otherwise, feel free.

My question is when lowering will I need to adjust anythin else, camber of wheels or anythin to stop un-even wear on tyres.  and does lowering have a major effect on any other components. dont wanna lower it if a few months down the line gonna need to fix other things.

any advice on this would be much appreciated.

Volkswagen Racing springs seem to be a nice compromise, lowers around 20mm iirc
