HI ,i am looking for recommendations/experiences with aftermarket engine mounts (mk5 gti dsg stg 2+)

The powerflex inserts make a decent improvement for not much money or impact on refinement. You can do better but need to spend more and/or be prepared to put up with NVH issues.

I got 034motorsport top mounts and vwr bottom mount with revo pendulum bar on my R32.revved to 4k

I forgot to say that I have the VWR subframe mount from 10 years ago, so basically the Vibratechnics one. Have just ordered the matching small dogbone mount one and some revised mounting bolts to pair it up with but won’t get them fitted until I get my big service done this summer.
