Hiya guys been reading post on your forum for a while now, and thought it was time to sign up and introduce me and my pride and joy (tho it be only a 1600)  

I have driven many golfs over the years but due to the nature of my job they have all been company cars. my favorite been a mk5 GT sport!!  :happy2:

however in sept 09 i left my job to set up by myself and had to give the company car back.
with it been such a costly exercise setting up myself i decided to make my car choice cheap and sensible as my future finances were debatable!!

after much searching a found a nice 1600 fsi (54 plate) with only 24k on the clock. this was to do!

I have fallen in love with this car (surprisingly) and have decided to keep for a longer time than expected.
as you can see from the picture i have done a few mods i will see if i can dig out some more pics but mods include:

17" VW alloys (not a clue what name)
Vortex Front Splitter
Fog lights
parking sensors
privet plate (not showen on pic)
de badged
RNS 510 H/U
Cruise Control
GT Seats
Leather 3 spoke Steering Wheel
and my most recent addition Full black head cloth and A B C pillars

next i am looking for window tints, black VW badges, black headlights and lowering springs!!
