Hi everyone, thought I’d introduce myself. I’m ollie and I’m picking up my Mk5 GTi next weekend. Have had many cars over the years, and have been heavily in the scene with Clio 172/182’s (up to 8 now!) but have recently decided I want something a bit more grown up hence a Gti. I work for Porsche as a tech so I’m no stranger to German way of things 😅

Hey, congratulations on the new car! How are you finding it?

I actually test drove that car in early July and very nearly bought it! A very well looked after motor, impressive history- in the end I noticed a slight misfire which the dealer then got checked out and replaced the PCV accordingly. I've since bought another laser blue manual 5dr and absolutely love it!

I've always liked the laser blue ones, looks nice  :happy2:
