Title: New to the forum

Hi all, discovered this forum whilst trying to find information about the Mk5 GTi and looks to be a good place.
One frustration tho is that i dont seem to be able to reply to any threads in the For Sale section, nor can i see how to PM any of the sellers to show interest in the cars.

I assume this is a post count limitation, whats the threshold so i can contact the seller of a car that im interested in?

I believe that its 10 to PM and 25 to go into the FS section.

Really?! thats a bit of a PITA and i dont really wanna have to spam to be able to contact a seller but looks like i might have to - Sorry!

Just say "welcome" to everyone in the 'Newbies' section and it should get your post count up!

Post count is now creeping up and its been high enough for me to get what i wanted ;)

To add some information now about myself, i've been a Dub fan for a long time, starting with a Mk1 Golf GTi, moving on to a Polo G40 for a bit but it wasnt for me so ended up with another Mk1 Golf but this time put a G60 in to it :D After that came an Audi S2 Coupe then for a few years ended up with a company car *Yawn* altho i did have a Mk5 GT TDi 170, once that went and i had my freedom back i got an Audi RS4 (2.7T) which has now made way for a Mk5 GTi :)

Hopefully more fun times ahead :)
