Long time lurker first time poster!

Hi, Iâ€™m Steve from Wakefield. Iâ€™ve been following this forum/lurking for a while now and thought Iâ€™d actually finally sign up & say hi after being spotted by Rich. Iâ€™m currently a very proud owner, with slight OCD cleaning/detailing tendencies, of a 2007 5Dr Tornado Red Edition30. :grin: No mods planned as such as the car is pretty much perfect as it, apart from Iâ€™ll probably get a RNS510 sat nav in the not too distant future

Prior to the ED30 I had a 3dr Silver MKV GTI, with colour-coded rear bumper & side strips ala ED30!

Also just bought an edition 30 (black) and picking it up on Thursday this week hopefully. Couldnt find a clean one with Xenons unfortunately in black so got the standard headlights.

Let me know how you go with finding and fitting the Sat Nav head unit as Im also looking for the same addition to mine, to replce the basic single loading front CD.

Not too far from wakefield near Blackpool so maybe see you about?

Welcome along Steve, You have a great looking motor there. Its a great car . Try not to read too much on this forum, or your eventually end up with something abit different :wink:

Would be interested in knowing how much it costs to fit the touch screen? Is there a non sat-nav version thats cheaper? Do VW fit them aftersale? Like the look of the interface and it's brings the interior up another notch but don't need the SAT NAV as have a Tom Tom which does the job.

LOL! I swear, that's about the dirtiest it's ever been - I was hoping no one would notice :ashamed: It's the only pic I've got of the car from the rear. The pic was originally for a snowfoam test I was doing!
