Title: wing mirror bulb replacement

my little light on the bottom of the wing mirror on drivers side has gone out, im assuming this can be replaced by changing bulb, is it just a matter of pulling the mirror cover and changing the bulb

Single torx screw hidden in the joint, this YT vid shows how to get the bulb out - LED units he fits are great upgrade throw out a lot more light:

If you're tempted by the LED type - before re-assembly check the polarity of the connector is working & also there is only just enough room for the connector in the mirror body

im not interested in the led as of now i have a door lock mechanism thats faulty so the puddle lights stay on for like 20 mins at night, this means i can remove the bulb for the meantime until i get around to changing the lock, then i can fit new bulbs
