Title: Climate control trim panel

Hi peoples, can anyone please point me in the right direction, I’m after the trim panel to put mk6 climate control in my late model Mk5 , looking for the same panel Deano fitted in his white gti .  Part no etc looked all over eBay etc , but carnt find anything.

Is the Mk6 heater controls just plug & play or is there wires need swapping?
