thinking of it looks like a good tool, has anyone here used one

-
				Looks similar to https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lufi-X1-scan-gauge-ultra-gauge-obd-2-digital-dash-display-fault-code-reader-/294484955772?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l6249&mkrid=710-127635-2958-0

Would be interested if you can get it to fit snug in the dash or centre console like you would a properly fitted boost guage. Not a fan of holding it up like an old fashioned Tom-Tom.

from the reviews ive seen its a step up from scan gauge, better display, more readouts, and reacts quicker, just curious what read outs it gives, like afr, psi, iat ect

-
Those generic gauges can only read standard OBD2 data, not VW/Audi specific PIDs......and I've found them to be a bit inaccurate compared to the readings you get from VCDS.

Best not to have a gauge because too much info increases paranoia and reduces attention span on the road.

I've only seen these on youtube - they look really small, like they are geared up for bikes with a really tiny display.
I suspect you would be better off with an android head unit running torque.
-
If you have the full height MFD a PolarFIS is the way to go. Otherwise a Lufi guage or just run Torque on your phone which is by far the most customisable and cheapest.

Lufi gauge is good for the money, I had one in my last car.
