which internals do people recommend, ive heard about the vis being less prone to leaking, is this accurate? which ever one i go for will be fitted to a new pump

VIS is what AKS Tuning and R-Tech fit.

VIS all day.  Runs the stock spring so doesn't chew the followers up.
