Title: Change Dsg Gaiter on vehicle

Hi all. I am hoping someone could kindly help me. I would like to replace the gear gaiter leather on my car. This is a dsg transmission. Any help would be much appreciated.

BFI sells new custom ones or an auto upholsterer can make you one. Alternatively change the whole lever.

I have purchased the leather gaitor in yellow as its the Pirelli edition. However, from looking online it requires me to staple the leather to the plastic trim. Any ideas on how I remove the old one without breaking anything.

There are a few vids on YT that show what you do - the boot and the plastic ring just clips into the surround, carefully pull up the gaiter and usually the surround will come with it.
Take your time to pull the old staples out and you should be good to go for the replacement
