Title: Boot latch - Not Latching

I arrived at work today, shut my boot and it just bounces back.  It will no longer shut! Having done a but of reasearch it looks as though I am going to have to replace the boot lock mechanism, easy enough job, but I can't get hold of one probably until Monday so I'm asking here on the off chance anyone has one in a spares draw and lives in Yorkshire and fancies selling me one!? haha.  Long shot I know but I'm working all weekend so could do with just getting it sorted!

It is more than likely broken wires in the tailgate harness (hinged part)

I had considered that but when you pull on the badge to open the boot it made the noise of the switch activating to open the boot, so I figured the electrics were still working.

Anyway I fitted the new latch today (super easy job once you've wrestled the trim off the boot door) and it's all back to normal working order now  :happy2:
