I have a Bluetooth to FM transmitter like the one n the link, connect to phone and transmits at a set frequency.

Or a more oem solution is an "Aux" jack which sits next to the TC button and run the cable from that into the back of the stereo. https://www.ebay.com/itm/293649653143 Link just for example, you can get them on UK ebay as well.
It's what I use. I use either a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable from my phone, or one of those Bluetooth receivers with a 3.5mm jack on it.
