Title: Balance shaft delete and vibrations, some advices

Hi, guys. Hope all of you are well!
It's about my Golf GTI Stage 3 K04 already tuned, very happy how it turned up. I expected bit more from the torque its "just" 455nm, but it is still pretty quick.

So.... However .....

I decided to isolate the balance shafts, because I've read and heard about many cases, of failure on this point, especially of tuned cars.
Pretty easy job, straight forward.
The engine revs up quicker, what I found and expected, lighter weight to spin.
BUT..... OMG the vibrations are just awful. When stationary isn't that bad, but in motion after 3000/4000 rpm it's getting worse. Whole car have some micro vibrations and many panels start rattling.
By the way, im with 35% stronger engine mounts from 034Motorsport Street Density.

My question is, is it have something that can put down a bit the vibrations.
Or what is the chance of failure, if I put back, how it was, with the balance shafts. The engine doesn't go over 6500/7000 rpm and I do mentanincing very often, every 6000 mil the oil get changed.
I like to have peace in mind with this delete kit, but also want to keep the car comfy for driving and journey as standard with just bit more power.
Any advices are welcome, I'll be grateful.

How new are the updated engine mounts? They generally soften off after a little while.

I looked at the VIS freewheel (and again after the TR Hamza 8P S3) but honestly couldn’t justify the added vibrations, even on a car with factory albeit new mounts all around.

If the mounts aren’t new you might be stuck with the vibrations. Perhaps revert back to OEM new if you aren’t comfortable in 1,000 or so miles?

I’d imagine most are running balance shaft solutions with standard and possibly even older mounts.

The mounts are not new new, but are maybe year old around 10K miles, so not old.
Even I removed my poly insert of the gearbox mount, to check is it gonna be better, but it's the same.

If you don't exceed the factory rev limit, re-engage the balance shafts.

The balance shaft and crank pulley are tuned to the standard engine's harmonics with the standard engine mounts.  Fit different engine mounts and all of that tuning goes out the window.

I'm going to put it back, how it was.
But I got a question, is it the original bolt stretch type, or I can use it again.
And the sprocket, I posting picture of that, because I spotted the gap is different, is it normal or have to look for new sprocket.

You can’t buy the bolt separately so you will need to re-use the old one.

Yeah the gap is normal as it’s a spring loaded sprocket that moves. It works in the same way as the dual mass flywheel.
