Post by: bongoinvade on January 26, 2023, 07:18:32 am
Hi guys,

So basically if I turn the car on and let it idle for a bit the engine will just shut off. It also happened once mid drive.
I scanned the car with VCDS and got these errors so any help would be great helping me try and solve the issue

4 Faults Found:\
012556 - Low Pressure Fuel Regulation \
               P310C - 004 - Fuel Pressure Drops Intermittently - Intermittent\

012403 - Fuel Pump Circuit \
               P3073 - 008 - Electrical Malfunction - Intermittent\

004195 - Fuel Pressure Regulation \
               P1063 - 002 - Control Range Not Reached - Intermittent\

012425 - Signal Line for Fuel Pump Electronics \
               P3089 - 002 - Electrical Malfunction - Intermittent\

Thanks

The clues are all there in the fault codes.  Bad LPFP or bad wiring.
