Title: Help please no boost and loud rattle mk5 gti axx

Firstly hello I'm Lee and new to the forum.
I'm from the uxbridge area.
I own a graphite blue 5 door mk5 gti with I want to modify and make DIY vids to help people out along the way.

In desperate need of help. I have no boost and no codes.
I have changed the dv.
I have changed the boost control solenoid.
Still no boost.
Also a major rattle from the timing chain cover that instantly stops when I 
Unplug the oil control valve.
Please please help.

Sounds like the VVT may be effed. But I'm not expert, so repost this post in the MK5 General Area instead of here, as not that many people really read through this part of the forum.
