Certainly looks like you may have!

I mean looks pretty wet to me.
Just do an oil n filter change.
Make sure you change the housing seal!!!! (Cant stress that enough haha)
clean It all off and run it. Check it after a day you'll soon find out but I'd hazard you deffo do have a filter leak

Looks like one or more oil filter housing seals have failed and leaking oil and coolant. The housing to engine block seal that is, not the filter O ring.
The seals I'm referring to can be seen in this pic - https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/1016963725
They go hard and flat over time.

I was going to post, but pudding nailed it.
You might consider replacing the whole 'oil filter housing assembly' w/pn:06F 115 397 K
The assembly comes "with" new seals, and the primary oil separator atop of the assembly will be free of any carbon buildup.
The bolt torque for 'assembly-to-block' and 'oil cooler-to-assembly' are both 15Nm (11 lb*ft).

Yeah that is what I would do personally. The plastics on German engines don't age well!
