Title: What next ??

What can I buy for the car thats worthwhile ? I'm completely board at the minute ! I have a dp and cat, intake, fuel pump, map to suit... I'm getting some ds2500's soon, i've lowered the car and got new wheels...

All the fun is getting new bits for me and I don't know what to do now :sad1:

if the fun id just getting the new bits.... i got a long list of stuff you can buy............... for mine, ill even let you fit them too.. thats just cos i,m a nice bloke like that :laugh:

led rear lights?
some carbon goodies?

Just lowering doesn't really do that much performance-wise, IMO, so I'd consider proper coilovers.

Better brakes? Intercooler?

Whats a vbox?

I fancy a sat nav actually, the mfd2 can be had quite cheap now and will improve the dash a bit...

Keep thinking about getting the roof, mirrors and lower front lip done in black, but don't know if it'll look ott :rolleye:

Intercooler will help you out lots with your spec.  :happy2:

Vbox looks interesting.

I keep thinking about intercoolers.. I assume it will benefit me much more in summer...

something that you'll experience each time you use the car, there's loads of fun and choice to be had putting an install together  :smiley:

Get some decent fluid and you'll be fine - my first trip over in the MK5 was on the standard brakes and pads, and I didn't die.

Have you already got ARB's, WALK, Catch can, Lightweight alloys, fully cornerweighted set-up, engine and transmission mounts?

I tend to agree with Hurdy but it does depend on what each individual wants from their car. I wouldn't bother with ICE etc and I'd definitely do performance and handling mods first. Same applies to detailing - Nice to do but not a priority for me.

Hence why we have such an extensively varied range of modded cars on this forum.

I had forgotten about the WALK kit, been meaning to get one for a while.. Thinking about just getting the lower engine mount, I think that will be enough for me  :smiley:

3) Coilovers
4) RNS 510
5) WALK
6) Engine mounts
7) ARBS
8) Wishbone bushes
9) Styling - Got to agree a CF bonnet would look the nuts.

But you will know yourself how far and how much money you want to spend   :wink:

I've just fitted my 10mm spacers to the rears, looks soo much better ! I had left them off initially as the wheels are 8x18 et 45 and I thought that would be enough, but the rears always looked to be sat too far in the arch... Solved haha, just hope they don't rub  :confused:

be suprised if they don't pal, thats like runnin ET35 offset which is pushing it a bit on the MK5 :smiley:
