Hi, is rs3 lpfp plug and play? or does it need tuning? also does anyone know how to mod the lever so it reads the correct fuel level? or can i just swap the lever from my stock pump?

Nope. You need either the TTRS pump module or the TorqByte aftermarket one.  The stock PWM controller isn't man enough to run an RS pump.

Yes the LPFP maps will need recalibrating.

The GTI fuel level sender should fit on but AKS tuning can advise on that.
