Title: Help! Need this broken line identified

Found this broken line in the engine bay next to the expansion tank, already snapped off. Have no idea what it is?? I also have a code P0171 saying my engine is running lean.

Looks suspiciously like the charcoal canister line. Possibly broken off at the canister end.
