Title: 2.0tfsi axx knocking sound from belt (right) side from top of the motor.

Hi!

Have a 2.0tfsi axx gti golf 5. I hear the knocking sound from the belt side not the chain side. My chain, tensioner and timing belt change, cam follower new (5000km). And all of in my cylinder head change a cupra (bwj) a new (5000km).
But if engine is warm i hear the sound on idle but i get up the rev i hear faster the sound. Not to loud but i hear easy both outside and inside.
