Title: Full K04 Conversion Intercooler hoses

Hi all,  Have a GTI Mk5 full k04 Conversion running 345 bhp.  The only problem I'm getting is the intercooler hoses keep on popping off.  I'm running a Toyosports FMIC and its been fine apart from this.  Is there a permanent fix for this?

Does the IC have bead rolled flanges? Have you tried hair spray on the pipes to help them grip the pipes? Just a couple of suggestions  :happy2:
