Title: MK5 carplay

Morning, I have just bought a MK5. Does anyone recommend / advise what is the best part to get for installing car play? seen a few options so was hoping to get first hand experience? Thanks

I installed a Sony xav-ax100 headunit with carplay about 8 years ago and it's still going strong 👍

I was going to put an RCD 330 in with the wireless android and carplay dongle, but decided against it because apparently there are some fakes getting supplied.
I then decided to get a JVC M785DBW . I haven't had a chance to really get in to using it but my initial thoughts are positive. I still need to route the microphone properly and wire the live in properly.

Not the best pictures but hopefully gives you an idea of what it looks like. I was worried it might look out of place in an old car but I'm pretty pleased with it.
