Title: Parts suppliers
Post by: blake on July 28, 2025, 11:57:41 am
Hey,

I need to replace both front lower arms on the golf.. I used to have a way through work to get parts via TPS but no longer do.

Where do most people get parts from? I’ve also used AUTODOC in the past but have had wrong parts sent and they’re normal a lengthy wait.

If you want genuine then I’d find the part numbers and try eBay. There’s a few VW dealers that sell on there.

Also, might be worth giving TPS a try, they sold me an ignition switch recently but depends on the branch.

LLLParts is a great site if you’re after genuine parts - just be prepared to wait 2–3 weeks, which is perfect if your car enjoys a nice long holiday before getting fixed.
