Title: Help with osr window motor replacement
Post by: Raza1786 on November 05, 2025, 01:35:11 am
Hey I need some guidance on a replacement osr window motor the part number I have off my edition 30 is 1KO959794E but when checking online I see some parts are used in different models. The ones for golf’s are costing around £75 I have seen some ads with the same part number but the bottom codes don’t match and I don’t know what they are. I do see some tiguan parts come up with the same part number does anyone know if they work the same or better to slash out the £75. Just the back door hasn’t got any power and won’t lock already changed the lock mechanism and check wires between the door and some of the panels they all look fine. It’s starting to get annoying using key as all the doors unlock with the remote expect the driver side that only locks with key. This is the last thing I can think of that would be causing all the issues any help would be appreciated.

Could try swapping the working rear side window motor into the non working side as a test if you want to save money, but i don't think the window motor has anything to do with the central locking motor.
