Coming into the winter I’ve noticed my cabin doesn’t get hot, just luke warm. I have dual zone climate control but even on “high” temp, the scanner tells me the temp coming out of the vents never goes above 20?
I’ve looked online and can see the heating is controlled by a variety of flaps. I’ve inspected all flaps. The two recerc flaps on the blower unit, and the three behind the centre console and they all appear to be working correctly.
My question is, is there another hidden flap / motor inside the blower unit that could be stuck?
I’ve also bled the heater core and I’m getting water temps it 68 degrees on the inlet and the outlet pipes so I know that’s not blocked.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
