Title: Does not want to go into boost

Hi all, 2007, 250k km, did diagnostic, running 127bar fuel press, 1.1 boost at 2700rpm, PVC valve but does not want to increase boost to go past3000 as it should, you can force it past 3000 but slow.
Fitted new dump valve.
New cam sensor.
Hope someone can help me?
