Title: Rear trailing arms/ bushes

Hi so I need to replace the rear trailing arm bushes and I’m abit confused 🤣
So I want to replace the arms at the same time what size bushes do I need and how many thanks

First car I’ve been hands on with so all abit new too me so abit confusing thanks
