Title: Activate airbag?

Hi all,

Just wondered if I could ask if anyone knows why the "Airbag Deactivated" flashes up when I start the car? It's done it since I've had it, not really sure why and wondered if anyone knew how I could activate it, or whether it's a fault that needs sorting?

Any help would be good.

To check the light still works I think.  :happy2:
If it stays on then it is off. You can turn it on and off in the glove box with your key. It is for if you have a baby in the front seat i think.

That's the thing, it is turned on which is what's thrown me. I'm not sure if there's a fault with it or not?

It is normal for it to just flash on start up, mine does it. It is to check that the light is still functional.  :happy2:

Just thought I'd double check, don't fancy headbutting the steering wheel should anything happen  :wink:
