Post by: edd666999 on April 19, 2010, 03:58:40 am
When looking at coilovers on the AP website they have a different set of coilovers for gti dsg and gti manual...

does anyone know the difference between the two kits?

Just the spring rate I think ed. I've got some coileys off a mk5 dsg I should be putting on my car but might sell them

The DSG 'box is a fair bit heavier, so the front spring rates will account for that - good of them to offer an option.

What make are these coilovers, J? If they're Bilstein you may have a buyer...

They aint my 1st choice either but at £440 new I can't argue. I will prob set foot on a track once and I do 5000miles a year haha so it seems silly to spend 1k on some really decent ones.
