Hi,
not had the car that long, and when I bought it, it looked fine (it was overcast). However, in bright sunlight, I can see three distinct stripes where some scratches have been sprayed over.
The car is silver (ed30), and the stripes are lighter than the rest and it annoys me, as the rest if the car looks great.
They're on the passenger rear door, at the bottom near the wheel arch, and actually go onto the arch.
Any ideas on cost? Would they respray the whole door, or just the bottom half (its beneath the plastic strips that run along the door).?

Silver is always a colour difficult to get a good match, but any decent quality bodyshop would surely get the job done.
I've been quoted £250 for my brothers front bumper and bonnet re-spraying, if thats any help.

I just recently had my passenger door resprayed after a little bum in the snow! paid 300 notes as it had to be all flicked into the side of the car

Ye you will have to have the door blown in with that side of the car, that's the problem with metallic paint. Although £300 seems high?
