Title: Which colour?

Gonna be getting a gti in the next few days, but im really torn on the colours, im thinking black or grey, anyone got any advice, do either get stupidly dirty or anything? sorry if this thread has already been done, couldnt find one like it. cheers

Black looks stunning when polished up, but I feel its a nightmare to keep clean. Shows up dirt etc very easily.

Personally I would go with Silver or Grey. Dont show any minor marks up very easily, and look cleaner for longer!

ye thats what i was thinking, dont mind cleaning it though, thing is grey ones dont really seem to be about and would need to pay alot more to get a decent one, is it really worth spending the extra?

I have a diamond pearl black edition 30. Looks stunning when clean but as above, complete nightmare to keep clean.

Personally think steel grey looks better than silver but ETTO.

Have a look at the colours thread. There are pics and pics of different coloures GTIs. Go for the colour that makes the heart skip a beat. Mine still does when I look at my GTI from front on.

Well ive owned a Steel Grey Golf and ive now got a Black one in my opinion the steel grey looked wicked and when cleaned and waxed it looked fantastic but imo the black just looks meaner plus its the fastest colour :evilgrin:

If i had the choice again though id go Steel Grey :happy2:
