Stunning m8.. I don't know why there aren't more blue GTI's around?  Think i've only ever seen one in the flesh.

Did you get the BBS CH for a good price?  I'd love a set but any i've seen are > 1k for just the rims.

Must say you have excellent taste

Out of interest how did you fit you BSH PCV stg2? And have you noticed any icing issues in the cold? An idiot on the GolfMkV forum nearly killed his engine because the water in the PCV replacement pipes going to the catchcan froze and blocked the port, but I suspect it's user error.

Looks very nice! Keep promising myself a run up to Scotland to sample some roads - it's not the mileage I'd do once I'm up there that worries me though, it's the mileage I'd have to do to get there!

I tried driving to Scotland from Canterbury once. Once I'd reached the Lakes I just gave up and stayed there for a weekend instead :P It's just too far away!

Have read that post on Golfmkv,  I havn't had any problems at all.  The funny thing is that my engine doesn't seem to be producing anywhere near the amount of water as some of the guys over there.  IE  40mls in over a 1000 miles.  It is something I will keep my eye on and the outside temp though, but reading into it,  the guy with the problems lives in a very very cold climate.

Anyway here is a picture of how I have mounted the catchcan. :happy2:

Hmmn, very tidy indeed - though if I put mine in the same place we'll have identical engine bays!
