Title: Rear bumper removal?

Hi,

Does anyone have a step by step for DIY rear bumper removal? My other half seems to have reversed too close to a high kerb and when she has driven away it has pulled the rear bumper in the centre and bent the right hand bracket out of shape so the bumper is holding a small crease as one of the brackets is slightly twisted.

Hopefully just a case of removing the rear bumper, straightening the bracket and putting it all back together.

Any advice would be appreicated because i'm less than happy!
