Well as the Kiss Ball World Cup is a couple of weeks away how does everyone think England will do??
Personally i would love to see them win but i can't see us getting any further than the Semi-Finals :sad1: :sad1:

No idea how they'll do other than if they lose Rooney through injury England will nose-dive out I reckon.
I support Brasil over all of the other teams anyway.

I know it sounds simple but it really does depend on how much our "big" players perform, the likes of Rio, JT, Lamps, Stevie G really have to perform to take some of the emphasis away from Rooney. If they all perform to best of the ability as they do in the premiership we stand a very good chance. Capello’s system is one I think isn’t that great but has qualified without much hassle. On our day we can beat anyone but if I was laying a bet it would have the Spanish name on the ticket!

Lest we forget Defoe he's on fire and as good as Rooney. And I'm a united fan( from Manchester ) rare I know

Not a chance of winning, all this hype every couple of years for nothing. We have some world class players but they cant perform together...all play a different style.
Lower league games are much more interesting...

NOOOOOOOOOOO chance we carnt keep the ball well enough and from the mexico game carnt defend either not a good combo.
If we have to play spain it will be humiliating. we wont see the ball for ten minuites at a time, then when we do get it just give it them straight back :rolleye:.
Id be very surprised if spain didnt walk it tbh there just too good!!!

Yep - Although divided loyalty now Exeter have been promoted (Irish and Exeter)
My team just got promoted to the championship, I follow Esher as a couple of my mates play for them.

Yep - Although divided loyalty now Exeter have been promoted (Irish and Exeter)
My team just got promoted to the championship, I follow Esher as a couple of my mates play for them.
I was cheering Exeter on on wed eve, I have family at Exeter so I can stay with them when Saints play away there!
I follow Birmingham Bees in the Championship as a mate plays for them, not the best season for them!!!

A few - I get a good corporate discount working locally to Reading.

TBH can't see England will get very far, had to rely on 2 own goals to take the win over Japan.
Got some great players, just a shame they don't seem to play well together. :sad1:
On the other hand, I do hope they score plenty of goals as just brought home a new led tv today with the Currys offer- £10 back for every goal scored!
(Even if they don't, managed to get a v. good deal on the tv anyway, plus won a TomTom sat nav! woo hoo!) :pomppomp:
